10 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup lilikoi juice
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla




Directions:
Directions:
Blend on medium heat everything but vanilla and butter. Once heated, add butter a little at a time. Once butter is melted and blended you add the teaspoon of vanilla.

Strain and refrigerate overnight.

To make the filling for cakes and or cupcakes:

Whip together curd and 1 quart of whipping cream until you make peaks.

This amount makes filling for a cake, if you want to make cupcakes, you just 1/2 the recipe.
