Equal parts pomegranate juice & Spanish red wine, about 1 1/2 cups each
Fresh thyme
Black whole pepper corns

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Sherry wine vinegar
Honey
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a heavy pot over medium heat combine Pomegranate juice, wine and peppercorns and reduce by half to one third. Strain and cool to room temp and set aside.

Combine all other ingredient's . Wisp in reduction.
