1 head sliced Napa red cabbage
beer broth from cooking Brats (if your cooking Brats) or dash of water
splash of canola oil
apple cider vinegar to taste, maybe 1 or 2 tablespoons
honey to taste
salt pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté the cabbage down until tender. Add all ingredients and simmer 5 minutes or so. Adjust for taste. Goes great on top of beer Brats or sliders.
