Crust:
1 1/2 c crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c melted butter

Fillings:
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
1 egg
Pineapple juice

Topping:
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 - 9 oz can crushed pineapple drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie pan and chill.

Filling: cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Put in some juice from pineapple (not too much). Beat thoroughly and pour over crust & chill again.

Topping: Whip cream until stiff. Fold in pineapple. Pour over in pan and sprinkle with vanilla wafers. Chill until ready to serve.
