3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 T. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. oil, divided
6 T. vinegar, divided
6 tsp. vanilla, divided
2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl. Make 3 holes in ingredients and put one of these in each hole: 1 c. oil, 2 T. vinegar and 2 tsp. vanilla. Pour 2 c. cold water over all ingredients and mix well. Place in ungreased 13x9 in. pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min.
