2 lbs Polkas Kielbasa
3 cloves
1 head of cabbage
1 sweet onion
1 1/2 tsp brown mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp rice wine vinegar
