1lb Hamburg
1 box of large shells
1package toco seasoning
2 cup cheddar cheese
1 jar salsa
1 pack of green onions
Directions:
Directions:
in a large sauce pan cook shell's until almost done, drain and set aside. In another bowl mix Hamburg and toco seasoning together, add a little water just to moisten the Hamburg then half of the onions and mix well. Stuff shells with Hamburg mixture, place open end up in a baking dish pour on the salsa bake at 350º for 35 -45 min sprinkle with cheese bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
