1 1/2 c flour
2/3 c confectioner's sugar
3/4 c butter, softened
3 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/2 c sugar
3 Tbsp flour
1/4 c lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 1/2 c flour, powdered sugar, and butter; Pat into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. In bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, 3 tbsp flour, and lemon juice until frothy; pour over hot crust. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack and dust with confectioner's sugar.
