Dry ingredient's;
Red chili pepper flakes
Chipotle paste (smoke jalapeņos)
Fresh parsley
fresh oregano
Three or four garlic
Salt-and-Pepper

Wet;
Red wine vinegar
olive oil
1tablespoon of paprika (I like smoked)

Directions:
Directions:
Add the above ingredients into a mortar and pestle and grind up.
Slowly add: Red wine vinegar, olive oil and 1tablespoon of paprika. Work into a nice liquid and serve with the flank steak as a sauce on top or in a taco.
