10 Italian sausages (hot or mild)
2 T. EVOO
26 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 green and 1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion sliced
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 T. each oregano and basil
sub buns

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in oil.
Combine rest of ingredients and transfer to a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours.

We like our peppers and onions crunchy, so I don't add them until the last 2 hours.
