1 9 oz. pkg. Barilla Oven Ready Lasagna flat pasta
1 can Hunts spaghetti sauce
1 15-16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef or ground Italian sausage
1 15 oz. container ricotta or cottage cheese
1 egg
4 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c Parmigianino cheese, grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. In a large skillet, brown hamburger or sausage until cooked through. Stir in both sauces. In a bowl combine ricotta or cottage cheese, egg, 2 c. mozzarella and Parmigianino cheese and mix well. Spray an 9X13" baking dish with cooking spray. Layer evenly in baking dish: 1 c. meat sauce, 3 sheets pasta, 1 c. meat sauce, 1/3 of the cheese mixture; repeat from pasta layer ending with sauce only on top of last pasta layer covering well with sauce. Top with 2 c. remaining mozzarella cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake about 45 minutes until hot and bubbly. Remove foil and lightly brown cheese.
