1 15 oz box raisin bran
3 C sugar
5 C flour
5 t baking soda
2 t salt
4 eggs beaten
1 C vegetable oil
1 quart buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cereal (I add additional raisins), sugar, flour, soda and salt in very large bowl
Add oil, eggs and milk. Allow to rest before use.

Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes
