2 1/4c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Toll House or Hershey's chocolate morsels
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix softened butter and sugars. Add and mix in vanilla and eggs. Add and mix in salt and baking soda. Mix in flour. Remove from mixer. Add chocolate chips. Place on 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
Bake 350º for 20 minutes.
