3 cup cut broccoli (frozen pkg)
1/3 cup chopped onion
¼ cup margarine
½ cup flour
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups milk
10 ¾ ounce can chicken broth
4 ounces (1 cup) cubed American cheese
1 ½ tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:
-Add onion to broccoli and cook. Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. In medium saucepan: melt margarine, stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Add milk gradually. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add broccoli, chicken broth, cheese and mustard.
