1 small onion, chopped
6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cups chopped chicken
1 package (10 oz) frozen peas and carrots, thawed
2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of Chicken
1/4 tsp pepper
Biscuit Topping
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º for filling, combine onion and mushroom in large microwave-safe bowl ,cover and microwave 2 minutes on higher until softened, stirring half way through the cooking time. Off chicken, peas,and carrot's,soup and pepper to the onion mixture, mix well. Pour in to a greased 9" square baking pan. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preparing topping, In a medium size bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. in a small bowl combine, egg, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stir until moist,
remove pan from oven, place on wire rack. Drop Tbls of topping evenly over chicken mixture.
Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown
