2 crusts:
2 cups flour
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt

pie filling:
Apples
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
butter, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first 4 ingredients and make two pie crust. One put in pie pan and bake 375 for 15 minutes. The other one put aside to go on top of pie.
Now heap peeled and sliced apples in baked pie crust. Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon together and pour over apples. Dot with the sliced butter and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
