1/2 c margarine
1/2 c lard
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 c rolled oats
1 c raisins, nuts or coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 c flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, form into balls and flatten with a floured fork. Bake at 350ºC until browned. Maybe start with 10 minutes??
