1 package of kabasa or smokes sausage on casing
3-4 large potatoes
1 onion
1/2 tsp season salt
1 tsp pepper
3 Tbsp butter
1 package of frozen green beans (optional)

Directions:
Cut sausage and potatoes in chunks. In a 9 x 12 baking dish add all the ingredients, cover with foil
bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes remove foil and cook until potatoes are done
