1/2 (12 oz) package rotini pasta
1/2 lb diced pancetta
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 (16 oz) frozen Broccoli
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp blabk pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 medium tomato seeded and diced
freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta according to package directions, drain. Mealwhile, in a large skillet, saut'e panecetta over medium-high heat until lightly browned and crispy (about 5-7 minute's. Remove to paper towel, reserving drippings. Add olive oil to drippings in pan, when hot, add broccoli, garlic, pepper and pepper flakes. Saut'e until broccoli is heated through. Add pancetta, pasta, tomatoes, and Parmesan , salt and pepper to taste.
