1 lb ground pork + 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 egg salt & pepper 2 T. dejon mustard
2 T. chilie sauce 1C. mozzerella grated cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onioin

mix all ingredients and bake @350* for 1 hour.

Family Memories from Marla Aud Haller: Uncle Bud was sweet, kind and gentle. He loved us and we could feel it. I remember sitting on his lap and feeling safe. His deep bass singing voice was such a contrast to his normal voice. We didn't hear him sing enough. He had a beautiful voice.
