1 package of stew meat
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
1/2 to 3/4 can of water
1 8 oz sour cream
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1tsp pepper
noodles or rice
Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan add butter and beef until beef is brown add mushroom soup, water, onion soup mix and sour cream. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer stirring occasionally until beef is tender. Serve with noodles or rice
Also does well in slow cooker
