4 Tbs butter
2 Tbs flour
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp minced onion
1 Tbs lemon juice
6 oz crabmeat
16 oz light cream (I used almond milk)
Parsley
Cooking Sherry to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add Old Bay, onion, lemon juice and stir.

Add flour, stirring constantly, and then gradually add milk or cream. Continue to stir.

Add crabmeat, and sherry to taste and simmer about 15 minutes. Do not boil.

Serve garnished with crab meat, parsley, and Old Bay.
