2 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 lg. egg
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tubes crescent rolls
1 can cherry pie filling

For Glaze:
Yolk of 1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. water

Garnish:
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, egg, sugar & vanilla until smooth with wooden spoon.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with Pam.

Unroll & place 1 roll of crescent rolls in middle of pan; press together with fingers. Cover bottom of pan completely. Warm in oven for 4 min. to set bottom crust. Remove from oven & cool slightly. Spread cheese mixture evenly over crust. Scatter cherry pie mix evenly over crust. Unroll other tube of crescent rolls & arrange evenly over top. Brush with glaze.

Bake about 30 min. or until cheese is set. Cool in pan. Dust with confectioners sugar.
