2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk (carnation milk)
2/3 cup sugar
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg
3 beaten eggs
Raisins optional

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly combine rice with all remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crock pot.
Cover and cook on high for 1 1/2 hrs. Stir during first 30 mins. Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon on top and serve.
