4 c. sliced apples
1/3 c. sugar
12 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. soft butter

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. soda
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. soft butter

Spread apple mixture evenly in a buttered 9 x 13 dish.

Mix and blend together ingredients with a fork.
Sprinkle this mixture evenly over apples.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
