4 ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar (or 1 1/2 cups sugar for banana cake)
2 eggs
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tsp soda
t tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mash ripe bananas, and add sugar. Let stand 15 minutes. Add eggs & applesauce. Mix well. Add soda, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and flour.

Spray pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
