1 9oz can crushed pineapple (use juice to boil cooked rice in)
2/3 cup precooked rice
2/3 water
1/2 teas salt
1 1/2 cups small marshmallows
2 bananas sliced
1 cup cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
*after your rice is cooked, drain it and add pineapple juice, water and salt, bring it quickly to a boil, then cover and let simmer for 5 minutes
*remove from the heat and let it sit for 5 minutes
*add all your fruit and marshmallows, let cool and then fold in your cool whip
*chill until ready to serve

Personal Notes:
If you want your marshmallows to remain whole, let it cool before adding them. Most times they will melt if the rice has only cooled for 5 minutes. This is your choice.
