8 red potatoes
Mayo to taste
3 hard boiled eggs
1 onion diced
1 pk bacon
2 celery stalks

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the red potatoes until they are soft - remove skins and dice when cool
fry bacon until crispy and add diced onions when bacon is almost one so it does not burn. Drain oil from bacon. Add crumbled bacon and onions to potatoes. Add diced celery. Add mayonnaise to taste. Do not use Miracle whip or light mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Add sliced peeled hard boiled eggs.
