1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. soda
1/4 t. nutmeg
3/4 t. cinnamon
3/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. banana, mashed
1 3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients. Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Add bananas, rolled oats and nuts. Add flour mixture and blend. Drop onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350* for about 15 minutes.
