Personal Notes:
Grannie Thomas and Elizabeth Heard made this cornbread by the skillets when we all gathered at Elizabeth and Bert's on Sundays. Fried chicken, fresh peas, corn, and tomatoes completed a wonderful meal. A good time was had by all!
