4 chicken cutlets
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
2 TBS butter
3 TBS oil
1/4 cup white wine
2 TBS capers
2 TBS lemon juice and 1 thin sliced lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt andd paprika in plastic bag - shake
Heat oil and butter in pan over medium heat, suated chicken until golden brown.
Remove chicken, add wine and cook medium heat to disolve bottom of pan - then add lemon joice. Put chicken back in pan and add capers and lemon slices
serve with pasta or rice
