6 or 8 boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli and place in 2 qt. casserole. Stew chicken with onions, celery bay leaf and peppercorns until tender. Put on broccoli. Combine sauce (soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder) and pour over all. Combine butter and bread crumbs and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350
