Mix:
2 T. Dry Mustard
1 tsp. Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Cream or Evaporated Milk

In Saucepan heat:
3/4 cup Cream
1/4 cup Sugar
Stir in Mustard Mixture
Add 1 Beaten Egg Yolk

Cook and Stir until thick. Stir in 1/2 cup Vinegar then heat through
