1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can light cream
1 c mayonnaise
1 T lemon juice
1 bunch fresh broccoli or 2 pkgs frozen broccoli spears
2 whole chicken breasts (boiled and sliced thin)
1 c grated American cheese (I use sliced American cheese about 9 -10 slices)
1 c breadcrumbs moistened with 2 T melted margarine

Mix mayo, soup, cream and lemon juice together.

Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place broccoli on the bottom, then chicken, followed by mayo mixture, American cheese and breadcrumbs on top.

Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes (20 minutes covered 15 minutes uncovered). If frozen bake 1 hour 15 minutes.

*Instead of using mayo, chicken soup, light cream and lemon juice you can use the sauce from the broccoli casserole.
