salt and pepper
garlic salt
paprika
onion salt poultry seasoning celery salt
Lawry's seasoning (use generously)
1 chicken cut in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Fry chicken pieces in 1/2 stick of butter in big iron pan for 20 minutes on each side. (Medium Heat). Shake above seasoning on sparingly as they contain salt. simmer on low heat for about 1 hour, adding a cup or 2 of water ( as needed to keep moist)
Save potato water as this makes excellent gravy.
