1 lg package INSTANT Vanilla Pudding
1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple, with juice
2 c sour cream
1 T sugar
Pie Shell or Graham Cracker Crust
Fresh pineapples (optional)
Maraschino cherries (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, sour cream, and sugar in deep narrow bottomed bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater on lowest speed of electric mixer for 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill about 3 hours. Additional pineapple or maraschino cherries may be added.
