2 1/2 c flour
3/4 t salt
1 c. shortening (or butter)
1 t almond extract
1/3 c ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour and salt. Gently blend in shortening; add flavoring; gradually add sufficient water to hold ingredients together. Gently form a smooth ball. Cut in half. Roll out dough in circular piece about 1/8" thick on lightly floured surface.

Yield: 2 crusts for 8-9" pie plate(s)
