1/2 lb scallops, cut up
3 onions, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1/2 lb. butter
white wine, to taste (approx. 1/2 cup)
1 T parsley
1 T garlic powder
30 Ritz crackers, crushed
2 large cod fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Saute scallops, onions and celery in 1/2 lb butter and white wine til translucent. Add Ritz, parsley and garlic powder to scallop mixture. Put two large fish fillets on greased cookie sheet (with edges). Smother fish with topping. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 25 minutes or til golden.
