1 head lettuce
1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 bunch fresh green onions, chopped
6 hard cooked eggs
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
DRESSING
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. ranch dressing mix
Directions:
Directions:
In very large bowl, tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Wash and trim spinach; dry and tear to match lettuce. Thaw peas (don't cook). Trim onions and chop, including tops. Put all in bowl with eggs and bacon. Mix dressing ingredients and spread over salad like icing; do not mix. Refrigerate overnight. Toss and serve.
