Ingredients:
2 c. hot strong tea (4 bags tea steeped in 2 c. boiling water)
1 c. sugar
2 - 6 oz. cans frozen lemonade
1 - 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
5 c. crushed ice
2 c. ice water
2 c. deluxe bourbon
1 qt. cold ginger ale or to taste
fresh mint sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
At least 6 hours before serving, combine the tea and sugar in a 1 gal. container and stir until dissolved. Add the lemonade and orange juice, and stir until thawed.

In a blender, in batches, blend ice with enough of the ice water to make a slush; and add this to the tea mixture. Add the remaining ice water if it wasn't used with the ice. Stir in the bourbon. Pour the slush into several shallow plastic containers, and place them in the freezer until serving. Mixture can be made 3-4 days in advance.

To serve, spoon the slush into tall or stemmed glasses; and top off with ginger ale. Garnish with sprig of mint.
