5 Tlbs butter
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 Cup sugar
1 1/2 Cups mashed bananas
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 3/4 Cups all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 Cup walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl add all dry ingredients and set off to side. In a separate bowl cream butter, and surgars together. Add eggs and whipping cream, mix well. Slowly add flour to egg mixture, add banana, mix and fold in walnuts. Pour in a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 Hour
