1 Large Zucchini
3/4 cup Lemon Juice
1 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Topping:
1 1/3 cups packed Brown Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 cup Rolled Oats
2/3 cup Butter. softened

Directions:
Directions:
Peel zucchini, remove seeds. Slice to look like apple pieces. Use approx 8 cups of zucchini. Put zucchini and lemon juice into large saucepan. Cover; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until tender (about 15 minutes). Add nutmeg, sugar and cinnamon; blend until sugar dissolves. Remove from hear. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Topping:
Mix together brown sugar, flour, oats and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over zucchini. Bake at 375ºF for 45-50 mins or until topping is golden brown. Serve warm with whipped cream if desired.
