1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. oil

3 lg. onions
1 bunch green onions
1 small bell pepper
5 or 6 cloves of garlic
1 can whole tomatoes (chopped)
3 cans of cream corn
2 bags frozen corn
1 tsp. crab boil
7 lbs. unpeeled shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Cook down seasonings in roux. Add tomatoes, cream corn, and 2 qts. of water. Cook for one hour, add shrimp and cook for another 30 minutes. Add frozen corn and cook another 15 minutes. Season to taste. You may need to add more water depending on desired thickness.
