1/4 cup Flour
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs - beaten
3 Tablespoons of oil
Dash of salt
A splash of Milk, add more if needed
Optional Toppings: Syrup and butter, peanut butter, strawberries and whipped cream, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat 4 eggs.
2. Add flour, bisquick, eggs, and oil to the eggs.
3. Blend ingredients together.
4. Add milk to thin consistency.
5. Heat frying pan with oil until hot and then add a small amount of the batter. You want the crepes to be thin, not thick like a regular pancake.
6. Cook each crepe until desired doneness - some can be crispy or brown on top.
7. Enjoy with your favorite toppings - syrup and butter, peanut butter, strawberries and whipped cream, etc.!

One of my favorite cooking memories was making crepes with Grandma. When she was teaching me, I noticed she mixed some flour, milk, eggs, and a dash of this and that together to create delicious crepes without following a traditional recipe! Hopefully someday I can make them without following the recipe. When I make crepes now, I think of Grandma and smile.
