2 lbs. top of the round sliced thin
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup Locatteli cheese, grated
2 cloves crushed or mashed garlic
1 cup Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound steaks until tender.
2. Lay steaks flat and add parsley, garlic, cheese and a little salt and pepper.
3. Roll each steak and wrap with string and toothpicks to keep closed.
4. Heat oil in pan and sear all sides of steak rolls.
5. Add rolls to gravy and let cook for awhile until tender and falls apart with fork - several hours.
