1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 c bread crumbs
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 eggs
1 t instant minced onions
7.5 oz tomato sauce
Topping:
7.5 oz tomato sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 T vinegar
1/2 c sugar
2 t prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and eggs. Add onions and 7.5oz tomato sauce. Form into loaf. Use loaf pan 9 x 5 x 3 inch. Bake at 350 º for 50 minutes. Combine topping ingredients; bring to boil. Pour over meat loaf; bake 10 minutes more. Yields 6.
