½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 large eggs
¼ c. milk
2 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. salt
3 medium bananas, mashed
¼ c. whole candied cherries
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and milk.

In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, then add it to egg mixture.

Toss cherries in a bit of extra flour. Mix together bananas and cherries in a separate bowl (add in raisins and pecans if you would like) and add to main mixture.

Transfer to greased & floured loaf pan, bake for 1 hour.
