4 c. frozen corn
1 tsp. ginger-garlic masala
1/8-1/4 tsp. red chillie powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. black mustard seeds (optional)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. cilantro

Directions:

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds, if using and heat until they start to pop.

2. Add the corn, ginger-garlic masala, chillie powder, and salt to the pan and stir to combine.

3. Add the lemon juice, stir, cover, and allow to cook until heated through, about 10 minutes.

4. Stir in cilantro and sesame seeds and serve.
