1 pkg. 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
1 container (16 oz) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Mix
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
3 green onions, chopped

Directions:
Cook the spinach, cool & squeeze it real well until it is dry. Chill for about 2 hrs. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
