1 pack frozen turbot, flounder, or grouper; thawed (Fresh grouper is the very best)
1 tablespoon melted margarine or butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellman's)
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh, frozen or freeze dried chives

Place fish in lightly greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over fish. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
